On the next day after I was mumbling about my lonely life, I went to the mosque for an ifthar with some friends. The food was surprisingly nice (I never had ifthar in the mosque before). It was even better because we has our congregational maghrib and isya’ plus tarawih in another mosque.
So here is what happens in UTM mosque everyday during ifthar.

So far I have been having my ifthar (and well, dinner as well) in UTM mosque for several times. And tell you what, I managed to save a lot (of course, the foods are always free in any mosque). During my undergrad years in IIUM, I rarely went to the mosque for ifthar or even tarawih. Firstly because it takes around 15 minutes walking so I was kinda lazy, adding to the fact that there is a small mosque in our hostel and they do have congregational prayers too. Although I had to buy foods for breaking my fastings, but I preferred it that way.
Now that I live in a real life (kind of). Meaning that I live in a condominium unit, together with working people, outside the university and I need to take care of myself alone. Like it or not, I have to mingle with the society and I think that is a good side of it. Because now I have been going to masjids and markets. Need to admit that it’s fun!
